SEEDRS SECONDARY MARKET
- REQUEST TO SELL -

You have indicated to us that you would like to sell some of your shares on the Seedrs Secondary Market during the trading cycle commencing on 3 October 2017.

Before completing this form, please note the following:

1. We must receive this form by Monday 5pm the week prior to the trading cycle in order for your shares to be eligible to be listed in that trading cycle. Any requests received after that time will be considered for the following trading cycle.
2. We will inform you as to whether your shares are eligible for trading during the week prior to the next trading cycle.
3. You may lose any tax relief eligibility (such as SEIS/EIS) as a result of the sale if you invested less than three years ago;
4. Not all shares will be eligible to be sold on the secondary market, and eligibility will be determined at our discretion;
5. Your shares will be sold on a 'first in first out' basis at the current share price, calculated in accordance with our valuation policy. You can see the current share price of your investments in your Portfolio;
6. You may only sell shares in three businesses per trading cycle (each of these is called a "Share Lot");
7. The maximum value of each Share Lot must not exceed £1,000; and
8. Some of your details will be shared with any buyer of your Share Lots for the purpose of concluding any transfer of shares.

By completing this form you agree to the Secondary Market Terms & Conditions. We also recommend you read the FAQs.

Note that not all shares will be eligible for the secondary market and, even if they are, the ability to buy and sell shares will depend on demand. It can be difficult to find a buyer and investors should not assume that an early exit will be available just because a secondary market exists. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and is subject to change in future. Seedrs does not provide legal, financial or tax advice of any kind. If you have any questions with respect to legal, financial or tax matters relevant to your interactions with Seedrs, you should consult a professional adviser.
By submitting this form you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by our Terms of Service, which together with our Privacy Policy, govern Seedrs's relationship with you in relation to your use of the Website (where such term shall include this form, notwithstanding that it is not a sub-domain of www.seedrs.com).
